The information provided in this application is confidential and will only be shared with the Executive staff (unless otherwise required by law).


Renee's House is committed to supporting young mothers in need of spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual assistance.


Please read through each section carefully and answer all questions honestly and to the best of your ability. This will help us understand how we can best support you. If any sections are left blank, please be prepared to discuss them during the interview process. If a question is not applicable to you, please write "none" or "N/A."


Renee's House is a faith-based residential program for young mothers ages 18 through 21 who are pregnant or have children under the age of 5.


In addition to providing classes and addressing practical needs such as diapers, clothing, etc., some of the most impactful moments occur through activities like cooking meals, enjoying family dinners, changing diapers, and playing with babies.


Our dedicated team works with each mother to create an individualized program that aligns with her personal goals for education, career, and life objectives for herself and her child.


We are here to help each mother meet these goals while providing a private bedroom, a safe and nurturing environment, and educational opportunities for both her and her child.

At Renee's House, you will receive all the help you and your baby need.

We provide a safe, welcoming home, and ensure that you receive proper prenatal care. In our structured, secure, and Christ-centered environment, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and become a confident, independent woman. Our full-time staff, on-site house moms, and supportive fellow residents are here to remind you that you are not alone.


Whatever your situation, Renee's House is here to offer guidance and support.


We believe that as you work on your plans for the future, God will provide the answers and lead you toward the path He has mapped out for you and your child.

Application Guidelines

The application process at Renee's House is designed to support young mothers as they work towards greater independence and responsibility. This process helps us assess their commitment, motivation, and specific needs for our program. We aim to create a supportive environment that empowers young moms to take positive steps toward building a better future for themselves and their children.

Admission Requirements

Renee's House serves pregnant or parenting young mothers ages 18-21.

In order to be considered for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:


  • If currently under treatment by a psychiatrist or on medication, they must be stable, actively engaged in their treatment, and committed to remaining in treatment during their residency.

  • Applicants must be drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free.

  • If the applicant has a history of substance abuse, she must provide documentation of at least 30 days of sobriety and be willing to participate in a recognized recovery program.


These requirements are in place to ensure a stable and supportive environment for all residents.

Resident Expectations

At Renee's House, we strive to create a positive and supportive environment where residents can grow and work towards a better future.


As a resident, you will be expected to:


  • Actively participate in both group and individual counseling.

  • Work towards earning a high school diploma or GED, if you haven’t already completed it.

  • Be willing and able to pursue employment opportunities.

  • Be prepared to pay rent of as part of building self-sufficiency.

  • Live in a community setting for a commitment of 12 months.

  • Attend and actively participate in all workshops and classes, both in and outside of Renee's House.

  • Follow the program structure and adhere to all program guidelines.

  • Agree to case management services to track your progress.

  • Read and follow all resident and household guidelines.

  • Complete daily chores and other assigned tasks.

  • Follow all policies and procedures set forth by Renee’s House.

  • Adhere to the curfew and outings policy to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all.

  • Treat all staff, residents, volunteers, and others with dignity, respect, and kindness.

  • Respect the privacy of fellow residents.


Renee's House has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of threatening or violent behavior, including physical violence, emotional abuse, bullying, cyberbullying, or any other form of harmful conduct.


We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful space for everyone.

The First Step is to fill out the pre-screening application.

Once we receive your completed pre-screening application, a team member from Renee’s House will contact you to explain the program in more detail. Before acceptance into the program, we will schedule a time to meet with you, either in person or via Zoom, to assess your eligibility and compatibility.


We require all prospective residents to have a genuine desire to learn, accept help, and be open to coaching and support.
