Our Mission

To provide a safe learning environment for young Mothers to discover hope for their future

Our Vision

To empower young mothers with the skills and resources they need to achieve self-sufficiency and lead independent, fulfilling lives. We strive to equip each resident with the tools to become productive members of society who can contribute positively to their community. Our program focuses on three core pillars: Future Planning, Community, and Self. These foundational areas guide our residents as they work toward building a brighter future for themselves and their families.

Our Initiatives

Breaking Generational Cycles

Teen motherhood, lack of education, poverty, abuse, and neglect are just a few of the generational cycles many of our residents face. At Renee's House, we are dedicated to providing the tools, resources, and support needed to help these young mothers break free from these cycles. We empower them to navigate their unique challenges and build a brighter future for themselves and their children.

“Nutrition and Housing”

Many of the young mothers we serve face housing instability and food insecurity. At Renee's House, we are committed to ensuring that every resident has access to nutritious food and a safe, stable place to call home. We provide the essential support they need to create a foundation for a healthier, more secure future.

Education, Graduation, and Beyond

In Arkansas, only 50% of teen mothers graduate high school, and just 2% go on to complete college by age 30. At Renee's House, we are committed to changing these statistics. We ensure that every mother in our program earns her high school diploma or equivalent, providing her with the foundation needed to pursue a brighter future.

The Baby Barn Boutique

Located on the Compassion House campus, The Baby Barn Boutique supports not only the families participating in our program but also all families facing teen pregnancy in Benton and Washington Counties. We offer a wide range of new and gently used baby items, helping ensure that every young mother has access to the essentials she needs for her child.

Volunteering

We believe in the timeless proverb,

"It takes a village."

At Renee's House, we are dedicated to providing a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young mothers can thrive. Your support can make a lasting impact on these lives.

If you're looking to make a difference and contribute to a stronger, healthier community, we invite you to join our volunteer initiative and help change lives.

Survivors Program

Our Survivors Program is dedicated to helping young mothers who have experienced abuse, neglect, or trauma. We provide access to professional therapy and counseling services, offering the support needed to heal and move forward. At Renee's House, we empower these women to overcome their past and build a brighter, healthier future for themselves and their children.

Life Skill Classes

At Renee's House, we offer a variety of life skills and parenting classes designed to equip our residents with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive. These classes help young mothers build a strong foundation for independence and success.

Some of the classes include:

  • Financial Peace

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

  • Cooking

  • Infant Safety

  • Nutrition

  • Resume/Job Skills

These courses are part of our commitment to helping our residents grow, learn, and become confident, self-sufficient individuals.
