Compassion House Resident Placement Application

The information you provide in this application is confidential and will only be shared with Compassion House's Executive staff, unless required by law. Compassion House is committed to supporting young mothers in need of spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual care during and after a crisis pregnancy.

Please read each section carefully and answer all questions honestly and to the best of your ability, so we can better understand how to assist you. If any sections are left blank, be prepared to discuss them during the interview process. If a question does not apply to you, please write "none" or "N/A."

Compassion House is a faith-based residential program for pregnant teens or mothers ages 11 through 17, who are either currently pregnant or have given birth within the past six months.

In addition to providing classes and addressing practical needs such as diapers, clothing, and more, some of the most meaningful moments at Compassion House happen through everyday activities: cooking meals, enjoying family dinners, changing diapers, playing with babies, and engaging in games.

Our dedicated team works closely with each mother to create an individualized development program (IDP), tailored to her goals in education, career, and life, for both herself and her child. During her stay, we will work alongside her to achieve these goals, while offering a private bedroom, a safe and nurturing environment, and educational opportunities.
