Tina Hunter
Vice President
Tina Hunter is a seasoned nonprofit leader and public health professional with over 20 years of experience in program development, fundraising, and community engagement.
She serves as Grant Writer and Administrator at The Centers and founded Hunter Consulting to help individuals and organizations reach their goals through strategic planning and coaching.
Tina has held leadership roles with the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas Education Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Association, and has secured millions in grant funding over her career.
She holds a Master’s in Community Public Health Education from the University of Tennessee and is passionate about advancing health, equity, and impact.
Tina joined the Compassion Ministries Board in 2024. She lives in Little Rock with her husband Jeff and their pets.
Robert Carper
Treasurer
Rob Carper is a finance professional with a strong commitment to service and a passion for helping others thrive. He brings expertise in leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building to his role as Treasurer on the Compassion Ministries Board of Directors.
Rob has worked with various organizations focused on family support, youth development, and faith-based outreach. He is deeply invested in helping people create stability, purpose, and lasting change in their lives.
Rob joined the Board in 2025 and is honored to contribute to the mission of bringing hope and practical support to young mothers and families in need.
He lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife and their three sons.

Warren Harper
Board Member 2023-2025
Warren was a devoted husband, father, entrepreneur, and servant leader whose legacy continues to shape our work. He brought a joyful spirit, business wisdom, and servant’s heart to our Executive Board, always striving to uplift others through integrity, faith, and generosity.
A longtime resident of Northwest Arkansas, Warren and his wife Kim co-founded EXIT Realty Harper Carlton Group in Rogers, AR, guided by a passion for helping others live lives of health, happiness, prosperity, and purpose. His story was one of transformation, community building, and the power of relationships.
In Warren’s own words:
"Our desire is to maximize the use of our God-given talents and abilities in the service of others and to see the community of people living fulfilled lives of health, happiness, prosperity and purpose increase on an ongoing basis."
